Active Digital scoops two major awards

November proved to be an exciting month for Active Digital after winning win two major awards, O2 Fixed Partner of Year 2011 and the Diamond BenchmarQ Award achieved for Customer Satisfaction. We are already looking forward to a successful 2012 as we focus on delivering the business market with new technology-driven innovations which bring real financial and operational improvements to our clients.

For the Diamond BenchmarQ Award, an independent customer satisfaction survey was carried out by QMS Plc, whereby QMS surveyed Active Digital clients on the customer experience, including staff performance, service and knowledge of products, showed an outstanding overall result of 93%.
